Wellness: Employee Wellness

DESCRIPTION:

This workshop will include two major topics:

1. Nutrition for Peak Performance. Learn how to eat to have the maximum amount of energy to see you through the school day.
2. Resiliency. Learn how to become “stress hardy”. Learn how to develop the resilient mindset that provides a foundation for emotional strength.
